S24 植物单细胞组学 / Plant single-cell omics
最近两年植物单细胞测序技术的广泛应用为我们深入理解植物细胞异质性，干细胞分化轨迹，基因表达的动态性以及表观重置机理提供了有力的技术支撑。该分会场主题旨在邀请近两年在植物单细胞组学研究领域做出突出成绩的青年科研工作者进行报告，搭建一个工作交流和讨论平台，进一步提升国内植物单细胞测序技术的应用场景。
Recent technological advances have provided us unprecedented opportunities to analyze plant development and physiology at the single-cell level. High-throughput analyses of the genomes, epigenome and transcriptomes of single cells are providing novel and important insights into diverse processes such as cell differentiation, adaptation, gene-expression dynamics and epigenetic reprogramming. The theme of the session aims to invite young speakers with recent breakthroughs on the topics of plant single-cell omics study and provide a forum for open discussion among scientists working on related topics.
