RNAi(RNA interference)即RNA干扰是指一种分子生物学上由双链RNA诱发的基因沉默现象,其机制是通过阻碍特定基因的转译或转录来抑制基因表达。具体指的是通过反义RNA 与正链RNA形成双链RNA特异 性地抑制靶基因的转录后表达的现象,它通过人为地引入与内源靶基因具有相同序列的 双链RNA(有义RNA 和反义RNA),从而诱导内源靶基因的mRNA降解,达到阻止基因表达的目的。
