CVT Prepaid Solutions Announces the Promotion of Joseph Cola

　　GREAT NECK, N.Y., Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- CVT Prepaid Solutions Inc., a leading provider of enhanced prepaid calling solutions, today announced the promotion of Joseph Colacicco from Director of Quality Assurance to Vice President of Operations. Mr. Colacicco began his appointment on October 1, and oversees CVT''s Quality program as well as the Company''s Customer Service and Network Operations Centers.

Mr. Colacicco''s experience in the telecommunications industry spans over 25 years, and he has held senior management positions in Marketing and Business Development within the pre-paid calling industry since 2001. Mr. Colacicco joined CVT''s forerunner, Orion Telecommunications Corporation, in 2001, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Colacicco subsequently joined the POSA team at Prodigi, Inc. in 2003 as a member of their senior management team before returning to CVT in June 2007 as Director of Quality Assurance. Prior to his tenure at CVT, Mr. Colacicco served as CEO and principal shareholder in Long Island Communication Systems for fifteen years.

Mr. Colacicco received his Bachelor''s degree and MBA from St. John''s University, before becoming a faculty member in 2002 as a Strategic Management Professor. In late 2002 he joined Adelphi University where he has become a permanent fixture as an Adjunct Professor specializing in Entrepreneurship.
