亲爱的外籍朋友：

值此2020年新春佳节之际，我们向您表示衷心的祝福！

针对近期新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，广西于1月24日启动重大突发公共卫生事件I级响应，防城港市委、市政府将新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控处置工作作为当前最紧急重要的任务，全力以赴坚决打赢疫情防控阻击战。在此，我们向在防城港外籍人士提出如下倡议：

一、加强自我防护，尽量减少外出，避免到旅游景区、娱乐场所等人员密集的场所，减少聚会聚餐等集体活动。外出请正确佩戴口罩，首选医用外科口罩。保持良好的卫生习惯，注意手口卫生，勤洗手、不揉眼。出入境时主动配合工作人员进行检测。

三、如果您近期曾到访过武汉等疫情高发地区，或接触过疫情高发地区的人员，请密切关注自身身体状况，并尽快向所在单位或所在地社区工作人员报告。如有社区工作人员或医务人员询问您的情况，请您积极配合他们的工作。

Fangchenggang Municipal Foreign Affairs Office’s Open Letter to All Foreign Friends in Fangchenggang

Dear foreign friends:

On the occasion of the 2020 Spring Festival, we would like to express our heartfelt blessings to you!

In response to the recent outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Guangxi has activated a Level I public health emergency response since 24th January. The CPC Fangchenggang Committee and Fangchenggang Municipal Government consider the prevention and control of this pneumonia as the most urgent and important task and will spare no efforts to win the fight. Hereby, we propose the following to all foreign friends in Fangchenggang:

I. Strengthen prevention and self-protection with minimized outdoor activities, avoid crowded places such as tourist attractions and recreation places, and reduce gatherings, dinner parties and other collective activities. Please wear masks (medical surgical mask preferred) properly when going out. Maintain good hygiene habits and pay attention to hand and mouth hygiene. Please wash your hands frequently and avoid rubbing your eyes. When entering or leaving China through Fangchenggang, please actively support the efforts of relevant personnel to conduct necessary inspections.
