Amplified Fragment length Polymorphism(AFLP),a new molecular marker technique, has been applied in wheat genetic diversity study, germplasm fingerprinting and characterization, wheat genetic linkage map construction,(identification ) of molecular markers tightly linked to the gene, molecular-markers assistant selection and so on.

AFLP(Amp lified Fragm ent length Polymorph ism扩增性片段长度多态性)是一种新的DNA分子标记,近年来已应用于小麦及小麦种质资源遗传多样性、种质指纹图谱构建及遗传材料鉴定、小麦遗传连锁图谱的构建、目的基因的分子定位、分子标记辅助选择等方面的研究。

Some research methods about plant functional genomics,such as AFLP,SAGE,transposable element,biochip,Bioinformatics were introduced as well as the prospects for their development.
