上海机电设备招标有限公司（以下简称：招标机构）受上海科技大学（以下简称：招标人）委托，对下述货物进行国际" ">国际公开竞争性招标，我们竭诚欢迎合格投标人参加投标。

项目概况/Project Overview：上海科技大学拟采购高效液相色谱、离子交换色谱、色谱-高分辨质谱联用仪及等离子发射光谱ICP。ShanghaiTech University plans to purchase a High performance liquid chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, chromatography/high resolution mass spectrometry and plasma emission spectrum of the ICP.
现招标人资金已到位，具备了招标条件。/Now Funds have been put in place, the Project is with the bidding conditions.

1 高效液相色谱仪 1套 *1.1整体要求：全生物惰性管路，耐酸盐、适用于生物蛋白样品，泵及管路为钛合金或PEEK材质。双泵设计可通过柱阀切换，实现二维液相色谱功能
*1.2流路须采用德制原厂UHPLC专用Viper连接体系，镀金接口工艺，耐高压、耐磨损。手旋拆卸，零死体积。

2 离子交换色谱 1套 *2.1 离子色谱系统，包括淋洗液瓶，泵（带有泵前脱气装置），在线电解淋洗液发生器，内置电动六通阀，双温控模块，保护柱，分析柱，阴离子自动电解连续再生微膜抑制器和电导检测器、安培检测器，包括分析型和毛细管型双离子色谱系统。 收到信用证后4个月内到上海科技大学。（空运）/ CIP ShanghaiTech University within four months after receipting L/C.
3 色谱-高分辨质谱联用仪 1套 *4.2.3 分辨率：
要求所提供设备的分辨率不小于40,000( 200m/z)，且在提高仪器分辨率时，设备的灵敏度保持不降低(提供谱图证明文件)。
4 等离子发射光谱ICP 1套 *3.3.1.1带高效半导体制冷的固体CID检测器，在光谱仪波长范围内具有连续像素，能任意选择波长，且具有天然的防溢出功能设计，并提供英文说明材料证明。 收到信用证后4个月内到上海科技大学。（空运）/ CIP ShanghaiTech University within four months after receipting L/C.
3、投标人资格要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder：
1) 具有独立的法人资格，相应的经营范围。投标方应具有正规注册的办事处、维修站及零备件保税库。在中国境内应有专门负责的经验丰富的维修工程师和专门的技术应用支持工程师。1) With independent legal person qualification, the corresponding business scope. Bidders should have formal registration office, repair and spare parts bonded library. Within the territory of China shall be responsible for the experienced maintenance engineers and specialized technical application support engineer.
2)必须提供所投产品的生产商针对本次招标项目出具的独家授权书；制造商或者代理商至少有三年从事类似货物生产和销售的经验.
2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender; Manufacturers or the agents must have at least three years’ experience in the similar goods production.
3) 投标人提供的投标机型应是原产地的全新产品；
3) Provide bidders bidding models should be the origin of new products;
4、本次招标不接受联合体投标。/ Joint Bids is not Available.

招标文件售价：每套售价：500元人民币，或85美元，中国境内邮购另加邮资 60 元人民币，中国境外邮购另加邮资 60 美元，售后不退。
/Price of Bidding Documents: RMB500, or USD85for each set. For mail order, the document will be sent at additional cost of RMB 60 (for domestic delivery) or USD 60 (for overseas delivery).
